Yes, I will provide expression and posing coaching –you won't have to think about what to do with your hands, how to smile, where to look... I've got you covered!!
Are deposits refundable?
For all sessions and weddings, the 30% deposit is non-refundable unless I, as the photographer, have to cancel the session.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! You will always have the option of choosing your own location. But if you don't have one in mind, I am happy to help decide on one. Usually I'll ask what "type" of location you're wanting and then I will choose a spot based on what aesthetic you are going for.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
EBP Weddings:
•All changes must be requested in writing (email or text)
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event require no further payment.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Reschedules are applied to a new date if available; otherwise, cancellation terms apply.
• If I cancel, all payments (including the retainer) will be fully refunded.
All other EBP sessions:
• You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ written notice (email or text).
• Client cancellations result in loss of the deposit.
• I may reschedule due to weather, illness, or an emergency and will work with you to choose a new date.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled. If rescheduled, a new deposit of $35 will be required. Session time will not be extended for late arrivals.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
For weddings, you can expect your full gallery within 5-8 weeks. For all other sessions, you can typically expect your full gallery within 2-3 weeks. But for ALL sessions, I guarantee to send you a sneak peek gallery of your session within 24hrs of shooting!
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives: either rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos and will be happy to adapt to your preferences.
Will we receive printed or digital images?
Every gallery will be delivered via email. You will be sent a link that takes you directly to your online digital gallery. From there you can easily download specific images or the entire gallery.
Do you include any photoshopping or re-touching in your editing process?
I provide light retouching on all final images, including color correction, removal of temporary blemishes, & smoothing out textured skin. But I do not offer full Photoshop-style retouching that changes facial features or alters one's body composition. My editing style focuses on natural, true-to-life results. Heavy retouching or altering facial features is not part of my editing style.
